The Road to Damascus is a trilogy of plays based around the drama of marriage, but with a number of deeper biblical and literary allusions. The title originates from the story of Saul the non-believer of Christ, who, on his way to Damascus, had an awe-inspiring vision, which converted him to Christianity and transformed him into Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles.
